The amount of tier credits and comps you earn varies based on length of play, game type and amount wagered. • Points are non-transferrable, the property of the Crystal Bay Casino and must be returned upon request of the Crystal Bay Casino.
• Crystal Bay Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including resulting misuse.
• Points are earned for all tracked slot and table games play
• It is the responsibility of the player to ensure his/her card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots, and to ensure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing table games.
• All points are subject to review and verification.
• The Crystal Bay Casino uses reasonable efforts to track a participant’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving points for table games play, participants, agree that such points are granted based on the personal observation of Crystal Bay Casino’s employees, which is subject to error. • Points are non-transferrable including death and divorce.
• Points may be retired after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Players must show valid photo identification in order to redeem points.
• Players agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.
• All decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc. for this program lie solely with the Crystal Bay Casino whose decisions are final.
• The Crystal Bay Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, for any reason.
• The Crystal Bay Casino reserves the right to revoke or deny an application for membership if the individual has not complied with the program in any manner inclusive of the rules and misuse of the Player’s Club card.
• Individuals, who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, by their own request, or those excluded at the sole discretion of the Crystal Bay Casino, are not eligible.
• By participating in this program, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
